The BLFM800 lollipop machine is designed for making different sizes of ball type lollipops. Also can be

used for making centre filled pops.

The machine works by feeding the batch usually from a batch roller and rope sizer. The speed is variable

using inverter technology, up to 800 pops per minute. The malleable rope leaving the rope sizer enters the

prefeed adjustable guide rollers whereby the rope is automatically fed into the die, which forms the

lollipop shape and inserts the stick.

The machine is fitted with heated prefeed rollers and a hot or cold air blower, used for pre warming the

die and cooling on longer production runs. Stops the die overheating.

The machine can run plastic, paper or wooden sticks and will come fully guarded to meet health and

safety standards.
