The Adansonia candy caramel slitting / sizing machine is the perfect solution for cutting confectionery in larger production quantities, such as caramel, toffee, fudge, nougat etc

This machine not only cuts but thickness sizes the product at the same time. The product is placed  onto the infeed section of the machine. As the operator pushes the slab into the driven roller the  product is pulled automatically through the blades where it is cut to width and sized to height, passing through onto the outfeed belt for further processing.  Can be used in conjunction with our candy caramel guillotine machine for further processing into squares or rectangles.
