Drop Roller Candy Machine

The Adansonia Drop Roller Candy Machine is designed for artisan confectionery production and food lab candy development.

The confectionery drop roller is suitable for low to medium candy production and for cannabis infused hard candy confections

The drop roller machine, with its heavy duty construction, easy to use layout and simple lift off safety switched guards, is a precision machine, with easily changeable die sets, is custom designed and produced in the UK.

How does it work

The machine utilizes bronze gear driven impression rollers to die cut a hard candy sheet, while still in a warm, malleable state.

The impression rollers will pull the sheet through the drop roller machine, compressing and die cutting the candy shape. The formed sheet will leave the machine and be left to cool before manually separating the die cut candies.

Screen sifting will separate any unwanted scraps, chaff and help to debur any sharp edges

The versatility of the drop roller allows endless shape configurations. The machine is not limited to but includes flat rounds, squares, triangles, balls, peanuts, pear drops, fruits, animals, brand logo’s and festive designs.

Die Rollers and Shapes

Our candy drop roller is an artisan size precision machine, designed to form a hard candy matt into different die cut candy shapes.

For each different shape, a new set of rollers will be required. As well as many traditional products, the drop roller is also suitable for the, now popular, cannabis-infused hard candy.
