Double Twist Wrapping Machine can be supplied in either

 

Hand feed set up with infeed tray and feedplate to suit your product size requirement.

This set up is used for more delicate products such as caramels, chocolates, fudge, jellies etc. The speed is adjustable using an inverter drive and is dictated by the skill of the operator and how fragile the product is. Speeds of around 120ppm are achievable.  

 

Automatic fed

This would be used for harder less delicates products such as high boiled candies, die formed, drop rolled and deposited. This machine set up is automatic and uses brushes and a centre spinning disc, with minimal      operator intervention. This machine can reach speeds of up to 400ppm

 

Both machines are equipped with interlocked safety guards and emergency stop switches for operator safety. Also ensures the machine cannot be run without the guarding in place
