The FLP320 lollipop machine is designed for making different sizes of flat type lollipops.

The machine works by feeding the batch usually from a batch roller and rope sizer. The speed is variable

using inverter technology, up to 320 pops per minute. The malleable rope leaving the rope sizer enters the

prefeed adjustable guide rollers whereby the rope is automatically fed into the die, this forms the lollipop

shape and inserts the stick. It is wrapped in a sandwich style wrap. The wrapping paper can be printed if

required. The machine comes fitted with print registration as standard. The weight of the pop can be

adjusted by altering the thickness.

The machine comes fully guarded to meet health and safety standards.

Product size is set to customers requirements within the machine limits.
