Stainless Steel Cold Tables
Our Water Cooled Stainless Steel cold tables are replicas of the old fashioned cast iron tables, as used in the confectionery industry for many years, however, using modern materials and welding-fabrication technologies, ensures a heavy duty, excellent quality product.
The tables consist of stainless steel tops, side bars and stands. The undersides of the tables are mild steel and are set on stainless steel box section stands and self leveling feet

The cold table can be purchased as a stand alone item, or as part of a package with any of our other machines i.e: our Manual Handling Trolley and Gas Stove, with a Leveler and Slitter Guillotine or the production line.
Leveler & Guillotine
The Adansonia combined leveler and guillotine with slitting blade. Designed for leveling the product to the desired height along the table and cutting into (pre-set) sized pieces.
Can be fitted with extra blades so could be used for cutting bars straight off the table. Also Ideal for use with a one man operation production line, for Toffee, Nougat and various other bar products.

Water Cooled Drop Roller
The Drop Roller machine is designed for the production of various shapes and size of soft & hard candies.
Product is automatically fed into the machine from a continuous cooling drum, through the hopper, through the pre-feed rollers along the conveyor belt into the forming rollers. The next stage is transfer into a cooling tunnel ready for the final process.
