​​Mini Hot Table - For confectionery and candy manufacturing

The Adansonia small size hot table is perfect for artisan and low volume candy production and laboratory scale candy testing. Our mini hot table is best used together with our mini cold table to both cool the candy to a plastic state and then maintain the plastic state, on the hot table, for further processing and production.

The Adansonia mini size hot table is made to the same exacting standards as our standard size hot table.

The hot table will keep a candy batch warm, providing time to incorporate centers, add stripes and also lettering. 

The table top has a 20mm list away rim to keep your product on the table and trap the non-stick silicone rubber matt, allowing easy removal for cleaning or replacement. The table is heated using a 1kw electric heater controller with a simmer stat and indicator light and protected with an internal easy to reset switch.
