Manual Handling Trolley
The Adansonia Manual Handling Trolley has been designed and built to work in conjunction with a Gas Stove, Copper or Stainless Steel pan and Cold Table, it is ideal for use as a one man operation. With smooth and easy transition, for the safe transfer of the pan from the cooker to the cold tables, it allows easy pouring without having to manually lift the pan. The carriage remains securely on the stove during the cooking process, saving space and processing time.
