5 Stage rope sizer consisting of one set of vertical sizing rollers and four sets of horizontal sizing rollers.

The candy is usually fed from a batch roller into the vertical rollers fitted with drive pins ensuring a good   consistent feed before passing through the four sets of  horizontal rollers, each set of rollers reducing the mass down into a smaller rope diameter. The rollers can be adjusted further, manually by use of hand lever with graduated indicator.  This sized rope is then ready to go into its next stage of processing.

All sets of sizing rollers are electrically heated and simmerstat controlled.
