Double Station Caramel Fudge Cutter

The Perfect solution for cutting confectionery in larger quantities, with smooth transition from the cooling process to the cutter, via specifically designed freestanding boards and quick and easy cutting via two sets of cutting blades.

 

The machine transfers the trays along the mechanism through the first bank of blades which will cut the product in one direction, once through, the integrated lip turns the board and travels through the second bank of blades whereby the product is cut in the opposite direction. Coming to rest at the discharge end of the machine the finished product is lifted ready for the next stage in production. (The machine comes supplied with 3 boards.) 

 

In order to cater for all types of confectionery,the production speed can be altered via inverter technology. The blade speed can also be adjusted independently of the production speed, thus stopping lift or slippage of the product.

Slitter Guillotine

Slitter Guillotine

Primarily designed to be used for cutting toffee, fudge, nougat, marshmallow, flapjack, cereal bars, etc. into bars or squares.

The machine consists of one bank of rotary blades for the primary slitting of the product and an Air supplied, compressor Guillotine for accurate cutting.

 

The blades can be lifted and lowered so as to cut through fully, or score the product and have variable speed settings for use on different product textures. After cutting or scoring, the product arrives at the compressor guillotine via the automatic sensor, which then starts the guillotine preset cycle: (this helps to conserve air supply and gives an accurate first cut thus saving product wastage.) As the product is cut it is held by the built-in trapping bar to give accurate sizing. The guillotine also has a built-in box motion to place specific gaps in the product for further processes (i.e. chocolate-enrobing) if required. The box motion is controlled by our motion cam which can be adjusted for different spacing.

Another innovation to aid in the cutting process, the combined leveler and guillotine with slitting blade is designed to level the product to the desired height along the table and cutting into sized pieces. Can be fitted with extra blades so could be used for cutting bars straight off the table.
