Refurbished 22B's to an AS NEW condition.

All parts that are beyond useful service will be replaced, we will fabricate any new body parts/panels that are required. It will be furnished with new guards, all new electrics and will be spray painted with specialist enamel to your specified colour. The size of the wrapping plate can be altered, if necessary, to suit your product dimensions.

Rose Forgrove 42 Cut & Wrap Vertical Batch Roller & Combined Rope Sizer
The 42 Cut & Wrap below was fully refurbished, including a full rewire with the latest inverter (speed control), guard switches and guarding. All damaged and worn parts replaced.

This machine will wrap a variety of different soft candy such as Fudge, Toffee, Caramels, Chews Etc
The type of wrap is a Double Twist and is set to a rectangular piece size.

Double Twist Wrapper for Wrapping various types of confectionery. Fully rebuilt condition, totally stripped, shot blasted and re-sprayed, all worn parts replaced.
New bushes, bearings, seals and fully re-wired, etc. And finally, set to customers requirements.

Rose Forgrove 22BÂ with infeed belt
The In-feed belt has been designed and built by ourselves, specifically for use in conjunction with a Rotary Table to automatically feed the machine.
An amazing machine restored to it's former glory, with an in-feed belt sympathetically added to retain it's vintage look.
Flow Wrapper
Flow wrapping is a horizontal-motion process in which product of any shape is wrapped in clear or printed polypropylene film. The end result is a flexible package with a non-lap type seal on the bottom and crimped end seals.
This Flow wrapper below has been refurbished and sized changed for wrapping rock. More flow wrappers available and can be sized changed to suit your requirements.

GD2160 Chocolate Bar Wrapper
The GD2160 can wrap 10gr up to 100/125gr in the classic format. It allows a vast range of product which is simple and fast to change within the following limits.
From 40mm L x 20mm W x 5mm H
to 175mm L x 80mm W x 10H
or 160mm L x 65mm W x 20mm H.
The production rate can reach up to 130 bars per minute depending on the product.
The internal wrapping can be performed using a choice of laminated, parchment or paraffin aluminum, always unwound from a reel. The external wrapping can be carried out in a band or envelope and is automatically closed using a cold glue.
The label or band for the external wrapping can either be precut from stock or obtained from a reel with print centering by photocell. (Depending on the version).
A 2160 version is also available for wrapping in cellophane or other heat sealing materials. Fitted with no product, no paper detector.
